Job Description:

LMDmax, a leading logistics and supply chain company, is seeking a detail-oriented Performance Analyst to join our team. This role is critical in monitoring and enhancing the performance of our US drivers. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for performance metrics and a strong ability to implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and analyze the performance of US drivers, ensuring compliance with company standards and operational goals.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports to assess driver efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with drivers and management to address performance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize driver performance and operational efficiency.




- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to drivers.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Bachelors degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and tools.
