esponsibilities:

You shall perform assessment, consultation and treatments for our patients.

In general, your responsibilities regarding this Retainer Contract to render skilled

services are as follows:

1. Through patient assessment, proper patient selection, counselling the patient,

explaining the conditions and our solutions, convincing the indicated patient for

successful enrolment, helping in enrolment of other patients/ clients for our other

services wherever required, treatment planning, effective treatment administration

without deviating the core concept, key goal and strategy of the organization. You

shall be responsible for all the above-mentioned responsibilities.

2. You must strictly and genuinely follow indications and contra-indications before

enrolment of patients/ clients. You must avoid Red-Flagged and contra-indicated

patients unless justified and recommended by a super specialty/ specialty consultant

(Medical).

3. You must be willing to provide hands-on therapy, at the same time you should be

open to treat the patients using conventional physiotherapy methods and advanced

modalities as well to help patients regain or improve physical function.

4. Should learn thoroughly and update knowledge on the advanced modalities used





primarily at centres along with combinational treatment programs offered. You

should understand the mechanism of action and the effectiveness of the modern

technologies offered/ available at our facilities (healthcare and/or fitness units) and

effectively use them as primary tool along with your conventional skills for the

benefit of the patient/ clients.

5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the hospital and its

surrounding neighbourhoods to explain about the services offered at our Facilities

and to ensure continuous patient referral and comprehensive patient care.

6. To offer/ conduct CMEs, seminars, workshops, health camps, webinars etc., for

effective promotions of the services and to improve enrolments.

7. Educate patients on proper home exercise programs and self-management

techniques.

8. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

9. Contributing towards the growth and development of the centre(s) where you are

appointed, in terms of both clinical excellence and revenue generation. You should

take responsibility for financial viability too without compromising on patient safety.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
