Job Overview
Shyftr System Technologies is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client communication, email outreach, cold calling, and converting potential clients into business opportunities for our IT services.
Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calling and email outreach to potential clients
- Generate and qualify leads through different platforms
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team
- Maintain records of sales activities and client communication
- Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Requirements





- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in cold calling and client outreach
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
- IT industry experience will be an added advantage
