The Retail Pharmacist will be responsible for ensuring the secure and effective dispensing of medications to patients in the hospital's retail pharmacy. This role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals, counseling patients, and managing pharmacy operations to enhance patient care and medication safety.

Key Responsibilities:

- Medication Dispensi
- Accurately dispense medications as per physician prescriptions.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and state regulations.
- Patient Counseling:
- Provide information and counseling to patients on medication use, side effects, and drug interactions.
- Answer patient inquiries and resolve any concerns regarding medications.
- Inventory Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering medications and supplies.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of pharmaceuticals to maintain their integrity..
- Education: Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree/D.PHARM from an accredited institution.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting, preferably within a hospital environment.
