- Greet customers and understand their garment and style requirements.
- Showcase products, suggest suitable sizes, fits, and designs.
- Achieve store sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
- Manage visual merchandising, stock arrangement, and display standards.
- Support in billing operations, POS handling, and cash management.
- Coordinate trial room assistance and ensure garment security.
- Maintain store hygiene, product tagging, and stock organization.
- Participate in stock counts, inward/outward materials, and replenishment.
- Provide accurate information on offers, discounts, recent arrivals, and fabric details.
- Resolve customer queries politely and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate stock registers and inventory records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.

Experience in a textile or garment store will be an added advantage
