Reporting to: Manager – Online Sales

Job Profile: Key Responsibility Areas

- Search prospective clients & make outbound calls Convince owners and pitch them and facilitate benefit of online platform.
- Creating a positive Brand Image /awareness of ideaspromotion.com in the minds of new prospective clients (SMEs).
- Contact customers by phone to offer or persuade them to purchase the services.
- Explain advantages and features of service being sold to stimulate customer's interest.
- Answer customer's questions pertaining to service being offered.
- Accountable for achievement of revenue targets.
- Open to take calls daily on dialer.
- Explain products or services and prices.




- Computes estimate or final cost of sale and presents information to customer.
- Maintaining Follow Ups data,Working on Follow up data.
- Giving Feedback to Team Manager on prospects or Follow up clients.

Desired Profile:

Qualification: MBA/ Graduate/ Any Graduate

Experience: 0-2 years

Required Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills, dominating presentation skill.
- Must have deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment and a sense of job ownership.
- Should possess good marketing and convincing skills.
- Should be target oriented.
