Position

Field Executive – Operations & Manpower Management

Key Responsibilities

- Hands-on manpower sourcing, recruitment and deployment for multiple sites
- Site mobilization and onboarding of housekeeping, technical and support staff
- Daily workforce monitoring, attendance tracking and shift coordination
- Conduct field visits for operational supervision and client coordination
- Ensure grooming, discipline, uniform standards and compliance at sites
- Coordinate urgent manpower replacements and emergency deployment
- Maintain operational MIS, attendance records and reporting
- Support training, induction and workforce documentation processes
- Ensure smooth site operations as per SOPs and service standards

Required Skills & Experience

- Experience in manpower hiring, staffing or facility management operations
- Strong field coordination and team handling capabilities




- Ability to manage multiple sites and workforce simultaneously
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of attendance systems, compliance and workforce management
- Candidate should be proactive, disciplined and result-oriented
- Experience in Facility Management / Security / Housekeeping / Logistics sector preferred
- Must have own two wheeler in good condition

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma preferred
- 1–5 years relevant experience
