Job Summary

We are looking for a energetic and results‑oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth across our CCTV, BMS (Building Management Systems), and Fire & Safety solutions. This role is ideal for a tech‑savvy sales professional with strong industry exposure, client‑handling capability, and a passion for delivering value‑driven security and IoT solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets

Identify, pursue, and onboard new clients while strengthening existing customer relationships

Drive sales for CCTV, BMS, Fire Alarm, Access Control, and IoT‑based surveillance solutions

Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and business opportunities

Present, demonstrate, and explain technical solutions to clients and decision‑makers

Coordinate closely with technical, project, and product teams to design customized solutions

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation, closure, and handover

Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, contracts, and pricing strategies





Monitor competitor activities and develop counter‑sales strategies

Maintain accurate sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline tracking through CRM tools

Candidate Profile

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in CCTV, BMS, Fire & Safety, E‑Surveillance, IoT, or Security Technology

Industry Exposure:

Strong client network with enterprise customers, facility managers, real estate developers, BFSI, hospitals, retail chains, and industrial clients

Key Skills:

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets

Strong presentation, communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Technical understanding of CCTV, Fire Alarm Systems, BMS, Access Control, IoT & AI‑based security solutions

Ability to collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development
