We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Sales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
- Explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer information in the CRM/database.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate product information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for order processing and customer support.
- Prepare daily call reports and sales activity updates.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- HSC/Diploma candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
Experience
- 0–2 years in Tele Sales, Customer Support, or Inside Sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Salary
- As per company standards and interview performance.
Pay: ₹8,911.07 - ₹29,017.99 per month
