Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented CODESYS PLC Programmer to design, develop, and commission software for our industrial automation machines and controllers. In this role, you will be responsible for programming complex motion control systems, developing HMI/UI structures, and handling CNC machinery logic to ensure our industrial equipment operates accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs using CODESYS (V3.x) in IEC 61131-3 standard languages (primarily Structured Text and Ladder Logic).
- Motion Control & CNC: Implement and troubleshoot complex motion control applications and kinematics using CODESYS SoftMotion.
- System Configuration: Configure machine coordinate systems (e.g., configuring initial positions in SMC_COORD_SYSTEM) and set up watch tables to monitor actual Machine Coordinate System (MCS) coordinates in real-time.
- HMI & UI Integration: Develop user-friendly interfaces for industrial controllers. Map and manage system parameters, controller prompts, and critical machine functions like spindle overrides.
- Testing & Debugging: Perform online and offline debugging, optimize machine tool paths, and ensure smooth commissioning of machines in a production environment.




- Documentation: Maintain explicit technical documentation, code architecture logs, and system parameter sheets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 years of hands-on experience in PLC programming within the CODESYS environment.
- Core Technical Skills:
- Strong proficiency in IEC 61131-3 languages, with a heavy emphasis on Structured Text (ST).
- Solid understanding of industrial communication protocols (such as EtherCAT, PROFINET, Modbus TCP/IP).
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical skills for logic debugging and on-site machine troubleshooting.

Preferred/Bonus Skills

- Direct experience working with CNC machinery logic and controller serial number tracking.
- Deep knowledge of SoftMotion Camming, CNC blocks, and coordinate transformations.
- Experience in translating or managing multi-language UI prompts for industrial controller interfaces.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
