Ulivv is a DPIIT-recognised PropTech startup building India's Rental Operating System, starting with PGs, hostels and co-living operators.
Our Tenant and Business apps are live on both the App Store and Google Play. We're building a category-defining brand and looking for someone who wants to grow with us from the early stage.
Role Overview
As our Founding Brand & Growth Lead, you'll work closely with the founders to build the Ulivv brand, create impactful marketing campaigns, generate high-quality content and drive business growth.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys building brands from scratch in a fast-paced startup setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and grow the Ulivv brand across digital and offline channels.
- Plan and create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
- Shoot and edit product videos, reels, customer stories and founder content.
- Manage social media strategy and content calendar.
- Run and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Create marketing creatives, brochures,
presentations and sales collateral.
- Support website, SEO and lead generation initiatives.
- Track campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Work closely with founders on product launches, branding and marketing strategy.
Requirements
- 2 - 6 years of experience in Brand, Growth or Digital Marketing.
- Experience working with startups is preferred.
- Strong content creation, copywriting and storytelling skills.
- Hands-on experience with Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in video editing tools like Premiere Pro or CapCut.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with analytics, SEO and digital marketing best practices.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
