We are looking for a creative and fast-moving Short Form Video Creator who can SHOOT and EDIT engaging social media content for Instagram Reels, Meta Ads, YouTube Shorts, and digital campaigns.

This role is ideal for someone who understands modern social media content and can create high-retention videos using a mobile phone or basic camera setup.

This is NOT a cinematic filmmaking role rather fast engaging Social and Digital Content for fast hook and engagement or action.

We are looking for someone who understands:

* Instagram Reels

* Short-form content

* Social media editing

* Hook-based videos

* Fast turnaround production

#Key Responsibilities

* Shoot short-form vertical videos (15 sec – 2 mins)

* Record anchors, presenters, interviews, and promotional content

* Edit engaging reels and ad creatives

* Add subtitles, transitions, hooks, zoom cuts, and CTA screens

* Deliver social media-ready videos optimized for Meta platforms

* Coordinate during shoots with presenters and creative team





* Ensure clean audio, framing, and lighting basics

* Mobile videography / basic camera handling

* Reel editing skills

* Understanding of Instagram and social media trends

* Knowledge of CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar tools

* Basic understanding of framing, lighting, and audio

* Ability to deliver content quickly and efficiently

* Freelance reel creators only

# Equipment Preferred

Candidates with access to the following are preferred:

# Compensation

* Freelance / Per Shoot / Monthly Retainer Basis once we have volumes

* Compensation will depend on skill level, equipment, experience, and project output
