We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR & Accounts Executive to manage both human resources and basic accounting functions. The ideal candidate should be capable of supporting recruitment, maintaining employee records, and handling day-to-day accounting activities.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HR files.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Handle daily accounting entries and maintain financial records.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and expense reports.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain cash records.
- Support payroll processing and statutory documentation.
- Coordinate with management for HR and accounts-related activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and financial information.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel).
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime is preferred.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- B.Com, BBA, M.Com, MBA (HR/Finance), or any relevant Degree/Diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
