Hyderabad Computers is hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to handle customer inquiries and convert leads into sales.

Job Responsibilities

- Call customers who inquire through Facebook, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.
- Explain desktop computers, laptops, and accessories to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status.
- Answer customer questions politely and professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team and showroom staff.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- Positive communication skills in Telugu and Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to convince customers and build trust.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).
- Previous telecalling or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
