Job Title: Purchase Executive

Location: Nirman Nagar, Jaipur

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, vendor coordination, and purchase documentation. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, and inventory-related operations, with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and procure materials, products, and services as per company requirements.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to obtain the best prices and terms.
- Generate and process purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and vendor details.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments for procurement planning.
- Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.
- Follow up on pending orders and resolve supply-related issues.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP software (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
