Profile - HR Executive

Qualification - Graduate + MBA

Experience - 2–3 years of experience in HR (Must Exp. on PF ESIC Compliance )

Salary - According to interview

Job Location- Bagru (Jaipur)

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.

Manage employee attendance, leave records, and HRMIS updates.

Ensure timely processing and compliance of PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund, and other statutory requirements.

Prepare and maintain payroll inputs in coordination with the accounts/payroll team.

Maintain employee files, HR records, and statutory registers.

Coordinate employee induction, confirmation, exit formalities, and full & final settlements.

Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and HR procedures.

Handle employee grievances and support disciplinary processes.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other administrative documentation.
