We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage day-to-day accounting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, leadership ability, and hands-on experience in accounting and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, and General Ledger
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, GST, TDS, and other tax regulations
- Handle bank reconciliations and vendor payments
- Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Supervise and guide accounting team members
- Prepare MIS reports for management review




- Ensure timely closure of books and financial reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/ CMA / MBA Finance preferred)
- 4–8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Experience in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally / Zoho Books / SAP / similar)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Robust communication and team management skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
