Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) to provide round-the-clock patient care, manage admissions, coordinate with consultants, and respond to medical emergencies. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth clinical operations and quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess, admit, and monitor IPD patients.
- Perform daily patient rounds and maintain clinical documentation.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide initial management.
- Coordinate with consultants regarding patient treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and investigations as per hospital protocols.
- Manage patient admissions, discharges, referrals, and transfers.




- Communicate effectively with patients and attendants regarding treatment progress.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control, and patient safety standards.

Qualification

- BAMS / BHMS

Experience

- 4–10 years of experience

Skills Required

- Strong clinical assessment and emergency management skills
- Positive communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work in shifts and handle critical situations
- Team-oriented approach towards patient care

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
