Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Vendor Manager to oversee vendor relationships, contract management, compliance, and operational coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in vendor governance, stakeholder management, contract negotiations, and driving productive vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end vendor lifecycle, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management.
- Negotiate, review, and manage contracts, MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure seamless vendor support.
- Conduct regular vendor reviews and governance meetings to evaluate performance and address risks.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor vendor invoices, timesheets, budgets, and payment processes.




- Identify and mitigate vendor-related risks while driving continuous process improvements.
- Support audits and maintain accurate vendor documentation and records.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7-8 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Contract Management, or Operations.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Finance, Legal, HR, and Operations.

Preferred Industry Experience

IT Services, Technology Consulting, Staffing & Workforce Management, or Managed Services.
