Job Summary

Raveshia Realty is hiring a Sourcing Manager for its luxury residential projects in Mumbai’s western suburbs. We are looking for a candidate with strong experience in pure sourcing, broker management, and lead generation within the residential real estate sector.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of the Bandra, Khar, and nearby western suburb markets, along with an established network of brokers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and channel partners
- Generate qualified leads for luxury residential projects
- Conduct broker meetings, project briefings, and site visits
- Coordinate with sales teams to drive conversions
- Track sourcing performance and maintain regular reporting
- Share market insights and competitor updates




- Ensure smooth coordination between sourcing and sales functions

Candidate Requirements

- 5–7+ years of experience in pure sourcing within residential real estate
- Strong broker network in Bandra, Khar, Santacruz, and nearby areas
- Experience in luxury/premium residential projects preferred
- Robust communication and relationship management skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach
- Local market understanding is essential

Compensation

Competitive fixed salary + attractive performance-based incentives
