Customer Handling & Enquiry Management Executive

Location: Angroos, Kochi
Salary: ₹14,000 – ₹26,000

We are looking for a smart, active, and customer-friendly staff for handling customer enquiries and showroom support at Angroos. Candidates should have positive communication skills and the ability to manage enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

- Handling walk-in customers professionally
- Managing customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms
- Replying to customer messages and follow-ups on time
- Explaining products, pricing, customization options, and delivery details clearly
- Coordinating with the sales and production team for customer updates
- Maintaining enquiry records and customer details properly




- Following up with pending enquiries and converting them into orders
- Supporting customers before and after purchase
- Managing basic order updates and customer communication

Requirements:

- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media usage
- Ability to speak Malayalam and basic English
- Friendly attitude and professional behavior
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
