Job Profile :

Roles and Responsibilities

- Handling Recuiters & assigning them day to day Task
- Training & Developing Team Members on Souring / Screening Etc...
- Assist in recruitment activities, including job posting, resume screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
- Revenue Generation
- Client Coordination / Relationship management etc..
- Support the onboarding process by preparing necessary documentation and conducting orientations for new hires.
- Assist in the preparation of HR-related reports and presentations for senior management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and suggest cutting-edge practices.
