Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Flipkart/Amazon Account Manager to manage end-to-end seller accounts on Flipkart Seller Hub/Amazon Seller Central. You will own account health, listings, logistics, client relationships, and sales growth for assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor Flipkart Seller Hub/Amazon Seller Central accounts on a daily basis
- Maintain account health — returns, cancellations, ratings, policy compliance, and penalties
- Handle listing creation, catalogue management, content optimization, and image compliance
- Manage shipments — FBA, Flipkart Smart Fulfilment, self-ship, and F-Assured compliance
- Guide sellers on inventory planning, stock levels, and replenishment to avoid out-of-stock situations
- Identify growth levers — promotions, deals, pricing, and visibility improvement




- Raise and follow up on tickets with Flipkart/Amazon Seller Support for issue resolution
- Coordinate with clients regularly, share performance reports and strategic recommendations
- Drive sales targets for assigned accounts consistently

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in Flipkart account management/Amazon Account Management
- Strong working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub/Amazon Seller Central — all key modules
- Understanding of account health parameters and issue resolution process
- Hands-on experience with listing, cataloguing, and content on Flipkart/Amazon
- Knowledge of Flipkart/Amazon logistics — Smart Fulfilment, self-ship, and F-Assured, FBA
- Client-facing communication skills — clear, qualified, and proactive
- Target-oriented and able to handle pressure and deadlines
- Immediate joiners strongly preferred

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (in hand)
