Your core responsibility is to grow and manage Allo’s social presence through high-performing Instagram Reels, founder-led content, and product storytelling that drives reach, trust, and follower growth.

Everything you do should answer one question: Will this stop the scroll and encourage people to follow?

Minimum 2 years of experience is required

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

Reel Content Strategy (Brand + Founder)

Plan and execute weekly content pipelines

Build repeatable content formats (hooks, storytelling styles, series)

2. Scriptwriting (Core Skill)

Write high-retention scripts for product, founder, and influencer reels

Create strong hooks, smooth flow, and clear CTAs

3. Product Content Strategy

Turn products into consistent content ideas

Build angles around health, problems, and use cases

Influencer Content Direction

Guide influencers on scripts, structure, and content angles

5. Performance Tracking & Iteration

Track views, retention, and follower growth

Focus on what works and improve weaker formats

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
