Job Description: Product Tech Lead

Location: Mulund, Mumbai

Experience: 5-6 Years

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and improvement of website, mobile app, admin panel, and backend systems.

Understand business and product requirements and convert them into clear technical tasks.

Work closely with founders, marketing, SEO, content, and design teams to plan and execute product features.

Own the technical roadmap, release planning, sprint planning, and delivery timelines.

Ensure the platform is scalable, secure, fast, and user-friendly.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code.

Work on frontend, backend, APIs, database, and third-party integrations.

Manage development of features such as product listing, comparison, reviews, expert articles, deals, coupons, affiliate tracking, user login, dashboards, and admin workflows.

Ensure proper testing before deployment.

Fix bugs, performance issues, and production problems on priority.

Maintain proper documentation of features, APIs, and technical processes.

Lead and guide junior developers, freelancers, or external tech vendors.

Review code and ensure quality standards are followed.

Assign tasks, track progress, and ensure timely completion.

Coordinate with UI/UX designers, SEO team, content team, and marketing team for smooth execution.

Take ownership instead of waiting for instructions.

Ensure the website is SEO-friendly, fast-loading,



mobile-responsive, and technically clean.

Support implementation of SEO requirements such as URL structure, meta tags, schema, sitemap, canonical tags, internal linking, and page speed improvements.

Integrate and maintain tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, affiliate tracking, and other analytics tools.

Monitor technical performance and continuously improve user experience.

Required Skills

Min 4–5 years of hands-on software development experience.

Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.

Experience with technologies such as React.js, Next.js, Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST APIs, and databases.

Valuable understanding of website performance, SEO basics, analytics, and mobile responsiveness.

Experience in building consumer-facing websites, apps, marketplaces, content platforms, or e-commerce platforms.

Ability to work with APIs, third-party tools, payment/affiliate integrations, and admin dashboards.

Solid debugging, problem-solving, and execution skills.

Ability to lead a small tech team and manage delivery timelines.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Experience:

- Full-stack development: 3 years (Preferred)
