Configuring, Managing, Monitoring and Troubleshooting of complete office environment of desktops, Laptops &

Printer in Single Domain Network Workplace and handle vendors’ product of (Dell, HP, Lenovo).

· Configuration of New User Profile, IP Address and LAN Services.

· Installation and Configuration MS Outlook Backup/Restore Working experience(POP3, IMAP,SMTP, PST and OST)

· Installation, Customization and Administration of Windows 10 & Windows 11,

· Local and Network Printer Installation, Configuration and Sharing.

· Solve internet related problem Configuration Basic TCP/IP Setting.

· Handling VPN configuration and troubleshooting.

· Provide support on Local Area network as well as Wi-Fi Network

· Troubleshoot day to day issue and incident regarding network equipment’s

· Provide video conferencing &telepresence; connectivity .

· Giving voice and chat support to various locations & Co-ordinate & call log with vendors for issues.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
