- Assist with design drawings
- Handle client and vendors
- Handle multiple projects
- Discuss project requirements with your team
- Organize files and materials
- Visit worksites to make sure everything goes as planned
- Prepare contracts, reports, CAD drawings and diagrams
- Generate design development ideas
- Research building codes and standards
- Develop 3D conceptual designs
- Prepare design mock-ups and colour boards
- Research the different types of building materials, lighting fixtures and other products
Skills required:
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to ideate and conceptualize
- Communication (written, spoken and visual)
- Basic 2D and 3D Software competence (Adobe, Autodesk, Sketchup)
- Revit (not essential but preferred)
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
