Inside Sales Executive – Interior Design (In-Office)

Location: Gaur City, Greater Noida West
Salary: ₹15,000/month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and well-spoken Inside Sales Executive to join our growing interior design company. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to new enquiries quickly, maintain regular follow-ups, and ensure every client has a smooth experience from the first call until project completion.

Responsibilities

- Call current leads immediately after they are received.
- Qualify customer requirements and book site visits.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Send reminders for scheduled meetings and site visits.
- Coordinate appointments between clients and designers.
- Keep clients updated on project progress via WhatsApp and phone calls.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely updates.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions.




- Ensure no lead or client is missed by following up consistently.

Requirements

- Excellent communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
- Confident and polite phone etiquette.
- Good WhatsApp typing and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Organized, punctual, and responsible.
- Freshers with excellent communication are welcome to apply.
