Job Descritpion of Service Now HRSD Developer

5+ Years Relevant Experience

Seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Developer with expertise in ITSM, HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center, and integrations. The role involves developing and enhancing workflows, service requests, and automation to improve employee and HR experiences on the ServiceNow platform. Experience with Performance Analytics, Now Assist, and Workplace Service Delivery is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and configure ServiceNow modules including ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, and integrations.
- Build and enhance workflows, service requests, and automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Script Includes.
- Customize UI using JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and Service Portal components.
- Implement data integrations using REST APIs, JSON, and AJAX.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.




- Support system performance improvements and troubleshoot platform issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Proven ServiceNow development experience with ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, and integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
- Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and REST APIs.
- Robust understanding of data integration and automation best practices.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with Advanced Performance Analytics.
- Exposure to Now Assist (AI Search, Virtual Agent, Skill Builder).
- Familiarity with Workplace Service Delivery, Source to Pay, and Talent Development modules.
- Experience with mobile app development or advanced Service Portal customization.
