We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, be comfortable working with financial records, and be proficient in using MS Excel and accounting software.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare sales, purchase, and expense entries.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain cash records.
- Generate invoices, quotations, and GST-related documentation.
- Assist in monthly financial reporting and record keeping.
- Maintain accurate documentation and filing of financial records.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for payment-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- 0–2 years of accounting experience (Freshers with good knowledge may also apply).
- Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally Prime.
- Valuable communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
