We are looking for a Junior Project Manager Who possesses an ability to handle a team of diverse technical expertise, assign the work, track the progress, and make sure the execution is intended with the plan.

Requirements

- Should understand the project scope, inputs scope and devise the doable feasible work plan.
- Constantly monitor the team's and individual's work track and align them in the right path.
- Provide all the necessary guidance and support by proactively knowing the pain points and nourishing the team.
- Be a spokesperson to the client end during the course of development and be potential to take wise decisions to handle the scope change and metrics involved within the project development.
- Must be capable of having solid understanding of all technical concepts, components and be good in asking right questions to obtain the required answers from the technical team.




- Be a clear updater to the management and the reporting heads about the project progress, team's progress, scope management, pain points and its relevant defect management solutions.
- Be good in time tracking, task performance tracking, individual performance indication, wisely handle the commotions raised in the team, individual's redressals etc

Skill Set

- Be a smart person with good business communication.
- Should possess effective and administrative tone to get the value for the role.
- Must be aware of Software and Mobile application development lifecycle.
- Be an active listener and decision maker in a timely manner.
- Be an internal advocate to the client's expectation and get it done with logical justification.
- Scrum master/PMP is an added advantage.
