Position: Telesales Team Lead

Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the telesales team to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor daily calling activities and team performance.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls.
- Ensure timely follow-up with prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Train new team members and conduct regular performance reviews.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing teams to maximize conversions.
- Resolve customer queries and handle escalations professionally.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in telesales, with at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM software.
- Target-driven with excellent negotiation and closing skills.
