Job Function, Key Responsibilities and Duties :
Installation Coordination
- Plan and coordinate installation activities for all products.
- Track machine dispatch and arrange pending materials required for installation.
- Coordinate with customers for project planning and installation reviews.
- Follow up on regulatory requirements for successful project completion.
- Plan customer training and support project handover activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for project reviews and updates.
- Prepare installation reports and perform basic data analysis.
Service & Maintenance Coordination
- Plan service visits and preventive maintenance activities.
- Maintain records and documentation of service calls and customer complaints.
- Analyze service data and support root cause analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate with departments for issue resolution and corrective actions.
- Manage material requirements and track pending activities.
- Raise customer complaints and feedback internally and follow up until closure.
- Conduct customer surveys and support post-market surveillance activities.
- Maintain proper documentation related to service and maintenance activities.
