What We Are Looking For

✔ Strong communication and customer handling skills, Ability to build and maintain customer relationships

✔ Good follow-up and problem-solving skills & Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset

✔ Experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, CRM, or Telecalling preferred

What You Will Do

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and business partners to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.





✔ Handle customer enquiries, concerns, and order follow-ups professionally while coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions.

✔ Ensure a seamless customer experience by tracking orders, maintaining accurate records, and sharing customer feedback for continuous improvement.
