About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Cinematographer to create compelling visual content for real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality videos that showcase properties, project amenities, customer testimonials, and brand campaigns across digital platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideography & Cinematography

- Shoot professional property walkthroughs, project showcases, and promotional videos.
- Capture high-quality footage using cameras, gimbals, drones, and other equipment.
- Plan and execute indoor and outdoor shoots at project sites.
- Ensure proper lighting, framing, composition, and audio quality during shoots.

Video Editing

- Edit property tours, promotional videos, social media reels, and advertisements.
- Perform color correction, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Add transitions, subtitles, animations, and branding elements.
- Deliver platform-specific content for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and websites.

Content Creation

- Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
- Develop visual storytelling concepts to enhance property marketing.




- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to understand campaign objectives.
- Maintain and organize video assets and project files.

Requirements

- 1 years of experience in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and/or DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, gimbals, and drone cameras.
- Robust understanding of composition, lighting, storytelling, and post-production workflows.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in real estate content creation.
- Knowledge of drone videography and aerial photography.
- Strong portfolio showcasing property videos, reels, and commercial projects.
