Technical Lead

Skill Requirements:

- 3+ years of Strong Technical Project management and Leadership experience managing Project teams, Software Technical deliverables, issue resolutions, risk, and client escalation management.
- Strong leadership experience in highly Agile/DevOps environment, working in Scrum Methodology, with multiple teams and global multi-cultural team exposure.
- Working experience in DevOps model, CI/CD environment with various automated build/release/deployment frameworks.
- Experience with state management (Redux, Context API, NgRx, RxJS).
- Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine/Karma).
- Experience with UI/UX tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SCSS/SASS) and component libraries.
- Knowledge of performance optimization and browser rendering behavior.
- Experience with UI animations and micro-interactions.
- Working experience in development projects and maintaining relationship with international clients.
- Development experience in MEAN/MERN stack environments with strong knowledge of modern web development ecosystems, REST APIs, frontend/backend architecture, and application debugging.
- Experience working with various design and architectural patterns, best practices with coding standards/best practices.
- Proficient in Code repository environment such as GITHUB and other similar systems
- Experience implementing cross-browser compatible and mobile-responsive interfaces.
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Angular for building scalable UI applications.
- Solid understanding of CSS Flexbox, Tailwind, Grid, responsive design, and mobile first development.
- Experience in mobile app development for Android and iOS using Kotlin, Swift, React Native or Flutter.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead the technical design and development of software solutions,



ensuring scalable architecture, high code quality, system reliability, and timely delivery of product features.
- Works with all Client and Company’s key personnel, in client location gathering business requirements/solution features, receive specific guidance and priorities of work assignments.
- Actively manage and maintain project work backlog, Sprints, client technical deliverables, schedules, risks, and communication. Performs as Scrum Master as needed, conducts Sprint planning, retrospectives, and follow-up with improvements.
- Provide technical leadership in various Project solutions and deliverables in terms of architecture, design, and development, as needed.
- Supervise Solutions in terms of overall architecture, design, development, testing and maintenance.
- Work with various client subject matter experts (SME), stakeholders such as PM/Program managers, R&D; personnel to clearly manage expectations, cross-functional deliverables and maintain relationship.
- Help maintain developers’ best practices in terms of code quality, coding standards, and documentation.
- Perform role to mentor team members and participate as a global team member in fully agile scrum/DevOps software delivery model.
- Works with client and company to report, resolve any priority or other conflicts.
- Responsible for maintaining and providing periodic management status updates for projects, risks, resources, client escalations.
- May require some travels (domestic, international).

Qualifications

- 3+ years of Professional experience working in high-tech industry, especially related to Web Development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (B.Tech, B.E., BCA, MCA, or equivalent experience).

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
