Job Summary
We are hiring a Tool Room Quality Engineer with 2–4 years of experience in quality inspection within a tool room or manufacturing workplace. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of precision measuring instruments, GD&T;, inspection processes, and quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform Tool Room Quality Inspection to ensure components meet quality standards.
- Conduct In-process Inspection during manufacturing.
- Carry out Final Inspection before dispatch.
- Use precision measuring instruments for dimensional inspection.
- Identify defects and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Prepare and maintain quality records and inspection documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
- Coordinate with production and tool room teams to resolve quality issues.
Eligibility
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 2–4 years in Tool Room Quality or Manufacturing Quality
- Good understanding of engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Strong knowledge of quality inspection processes and documentation.
