Full time, Contractual (Yearly renewal based on performance)

Education

Advanced university degree (Master’s degree or equivalent) in Human Resource Management.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Ensuring statutory compliances for Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), HR Audits, Group Life Insurance and Group Medical Insurance and record information on a timely basis.
- Introducing and implementing HR policies.
- Conducting Employee Orientation and Induction Program and facilitating newcomer’s Joining Formalities.
- Monitoring the regular updates in Master Database (Personnel file, Personnel Database, etc.) of all staff members.
- Leave and Attendance Management.
- Payroll management – Processing monthly salaries, pay slips, tax returns, processing loan and advances, etc.
- Conducting Employee Engagement Activities – like annual meets, festival celebrations, birthday and farewell parties, etc.
- Maintaining Employer-Employee relations – Bridging the gap by addressing demand, grievances or other issues.
- Nurture a positive work environment.
- Oversee and manage a Performance Appraisal System that drives high performance.




- Compensation Management – Maintain Pay Plan and Advantages program.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR matrices.
- Reward and Recognition
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall organizational strategy.
- Handling the exit interviews and full and final settlement of the employees.
- Managing the Recruitment and Selection Process – Reviewing job descriptions for all positions at regular intervals and updating them in consultation with the respective managers.
- Assisting HR Audits as per the Project Guidelines.
- Facilitating Events and Workshops of the organization

Work Experience

A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive work experience with development sector in national or international agencies/organizations.

Remuneration

A minimum of 4 – 5 Lakh of per annum remuneration will be paid. It is negotiable and will commensurate with experience.
