Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer with strong expertise in Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and Service Mapping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) solutions, along with strong scripting and integration capabilities.

Technical Requirements

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and ITOM modules
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, CMDB management, and CSDM
- Hands-on experience with MID Servers and IntegrationHub
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with monitoring tools such as Splunk and SolarWinds
- Experience integrating with AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Good understanding of networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, and Firewalls
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure,



and customize ServiceNow ITOM solutions
- Implement and maintain Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Cloud Management modules
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
- Manage and enhance CMDB while ensuring CSDM compliance, data integrity, normalization, and reconciliation
- Build automation workflows using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, JavaScript, and PowerShell
- Troubleshoot and resolve ITOM, Discovery, and platform performance issues
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
- Prepare technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Preferred Qualifications

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITOM)
- ITIL V3/V4 Certification

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
