We are seeking a talented Junior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll play a key part in fulfilling our US IT recruitment needs, working independently and collaboratively to identify, attract, and place exceptional candidates in IT positions.

Role Highlights

- End-to-end recruitment (sourcing to onboarding)
- Build solid candidate & client relationships
- Source via job boards, LinkedIn & outreach
- Work with ATS and meet hiring goals

Who Can Apply

- Freshers with basic understanding about IT Recruitment (Internship in HR is preferred)
- Strong communication, multitasking & MS Office skills
- CS Degree preferred with knowledge of IT technologies (Java, C++, SQL, etc.)
- Willingness to work night shifts (PST)

Location: Onsite – Saravanampatti, Coimbatore
Shift: Night Shift (PST) | Mon–Fri
Start Date: Immediate / within 1 week
