Job Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated Medical Representative to join our growing pharmaceutical team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company’s medical and pharmaceutical products to general practitioners, specialists, and retail pharmacies. You will act as the key link between our company and healthcare professionals within your assigned territory.Key Responsibilities

- Doctor Detailing: Arrange appointments and present company products to doctors, consultants, and hospital pharmacists.
- Territory Management: Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with key healthcare professionals and stockists in the assigned territory (Thrissur or Ernakulam).
- Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and supply chain updates to report back to management.
- Sales Targets: Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and distribution targets.
- Secondary Sales Monitoring:



Regularly visit retail pharmacies and stockists to ensure product availability and resolve stock queries.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: B.Sc / B.Pharm / D.Pharm or any graduate degree with a strong interest in pharma sales.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience as a Medical Representative. Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Language: Professional fluency in Malayalam and English is mandatory.
- Skills: Excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Travel: Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license and a personal vehicle for daily territory travel.
