We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for candidates who want to gain hands-on experience in managing online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart. The intern will assist in daily operations, product listings, order processing, and performance tracking across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and update product listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and JioMart
- Assist in daily order processing and tracking
- Maintain and share daily sales and order reports
- Coordinate for brand approvals and new product uploads
- Monitor inventory and ensure accurate stock updates
- Handle basic customer queries and issue resolution
- Support account management activities across marketplaces
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
- Familiarity with MS Excel (preferred: Advanced Excel)
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- BBA / Commerce / Marketing students or recent graduates preferred
