- Oversee and execute civil works in office, including piling, foundation construction, and other critical civil activities as per project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers to establish project timelines, budgets, and execution plans for civil engineering works.
- Ensure that all civil works are carried out in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Site Management:
- Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure work is progressing according to plan.
- Perform regular site inspections and report on progress, deviations, or issues. Ensure prompt resolution of site challenges.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure timely availability of resources for the completion of civil works.
- Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) Preparation:
- Prepare Bar Bending Schedules (BBS)
as per project drawings and specifications to ensure proper reinforcement of structures.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of construction activities, including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and as-built drawings.
- Handle project documentation like RFI (Request for Information) verification, client billing, and change orders.
- Prepare periodic progress reports for clients, ensuring all documentation is timely and accurate.
- Ensure that all documents are stored and managed according to company protocols for project tracking and compliance.
- Ensure accurate measurements and quantities for all reinforcement and material requirements.
