Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Relationship Executive / Sales Executive to manage on-site developments, broker networks, and sales generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Monitor daily in office development activities and manage site visits.
- Broker Relations: Connect with local brokers and channel partners to boost leads.
- Sales & Conversions: Pitch projects to prospective clients and close sales deals.
- Collections: Coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely recovery of client payments.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in Real Estate, Sales, or Field Business Development.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship building.
