Job Title: Sales Representative (Airport)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representative to represent our brand and drive sales at a busy airport location. As the face of the brand, you will engage travelers, promote services/products, and ensure excellent customer service in a rapid-paced, high-traffic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Actively approach and engage passengers in the terminal to promote and sell products.
- Provide detailed and accurate information about products or services.
- Demonstrate product usage and benefits effectively.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an attractive and organized display area.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Ensure all promotional materials and samples are replenished.
- Maintain knowledge of airport regulations and security protocols.




- Work closely with other sales staff and report performance to supervisors.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
- Previous retail or promotional sales experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outgoing, persuasive, and confident personality.
- Multilingual skills are a plus (especially English and the local language).
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Must pass airport security clearance/background check.

Compensation:

- Base salary + performance-based commission
- Uniform provided

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
