About the Role

Angroos is looking for a Sales & Billing Executive who can manage billing operations, customer handling, sales coordination, and enquiry management efficiently.

The candidate should have good communication skills, customer interaction ability, billing knowledge, and a positive attitude to support showroom and online sales activities.

Responsibilities & Duties

- Handle billing and invoice generation accurately
- Manage sales entries, payment entries, and billing records
- Support pricing updates and barcode-related activities when required
- Handle walk-in customers professionally and assist with product selection
- Support showroom sales and improve customer experience
- Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, website, and phone calls
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, payments, delivery updates, and product details
- Convert enquiries into sales through proper communication and follow-up
- Promote products, offers, and gifting solutions to customers
- Coordinate with packing and delivery teams for smooth order processing
- Maintain proper billing records and customer data




- Assist in stock coordination and basic store management activities
- Maintain professional communication with customers and clients
- Support day-to-day showroom and office operations

Required Skills

- Basic billing and computer knowledge
- Knowledge of billing software, Excel, or barcode systems is preferred
- Good customer handling and communication skills
- Good sales and enquiry conversion ability
- Good phone communication and chatting skills
- Ability to multitask and coordinate with teams
- Responsible and professional work attitude
- Ability to handle customers calmly and professionally

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Friendly and positive personality
- Positive communication in Malayalam and English
- Fast learner with good organizational skills
- Prior experience in billing, sales, showroom handling, or customer support is an advantage
