Job Role: Freight Sales Executive (Freight Broker / Logistics Sales)

We are looking for result-driven professionals who can generate business, negotiate freight rates, and manage logistics operations in the US transportation market.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through freight sales and freight brokerage (US market)
- Develop and manage relationships with shippers, carriers, and clients
- Negotiate freight rates, margins, and contracts
- Handle load booking, dispatch coordination, and shipment tracking
- Convert leads into long-term logistics clients




- Maintain accurate data in CRM and internal systems
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
- Experience in Freight Broker / Freight Sales / US Logistics / Carrier Sales preferred
- Freshers with strong sales and communication skills can apply
- Strong negotiation, sales closing, and persuasion skills
- Knowledge of US geography and logistics industry preferred
- Ability to work in night shift (US timings)
