Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect who is passionate about design and interested in building a career in the premium lighting industry. The ideal candidate may not have prior experience in lighting design but should have solid architectural fundamentals, an eye for aesthetics, and a willingness to learn and grow in this specialized field. This role involves working closely with clients, interior designers, engineers, and project teams to deliver high-end lighting solutions for luxury residential and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Lighting Design & Planning

- Assist in developing lighting concepts and layouts for premium projects.
- Work on lighting drawings, plans, and fixture placement layouts.
- Support the preparation of design documentation including lighting schedules and specifications.

Client & Design Coordination

- Coordinate with clients and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into lighting solutions.
- Participate in presentations and design discussions.

Project Support & Execution





- Support the team in managing projects from concept stage to execution.
- Ensure designs align with project requirements and timelines.

Site Visits & Quality Checks

- Attend site visits to understand execution requirements.
- Coordinate with onsite teams to ensure lighting placement and installation accuracy.
- Assist in resolving design or execution challenges.

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Experience

- 1–6 years of experience in architecture or related design fields. (Lighting design experience is not mandatory.)

Software Proficiency

- AutoCAD(mandatory), Revit, SketchUp, DIALux, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, BIM, and other relevant tools.

Required Skills

- Strong design sense and attention to detail
- Good understanding of plans, layouts, and technical drawings
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn lighting concepts and product knowledge
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines

- Interest in luxury design, premium materials, and high-end project execution
- Strong curiosity and openness to learning a specialized design field
- Ability to adapt quickly and take ownership of responsibilities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kadavanthara, Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
