- We’re looking for a skilled and experienced AEM Forms Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience to join our development team. You’ll be responsible for building scalable web platforms using Adobe Experience Manager, integrating both back-end and modern front-end technologies. This is a contract-to-hire (C2H) opportunity, ideal for candidates looking to transition into a long-term role within a high-impact product team.
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Strong background in Java development, including servlet programming.
- Experience with OSGi/Felix framework and modular architecture.
- Familiarity with Apache Sling, JCR/CRX, and AEM architecture.
- Exposure to JUnit, code review processes, and maintaining code quality standards.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), JSON, and working with JSON Schema.
- Good understanding of modern front-end build tools like Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
- Ability to work with RESTful APIs using async/await and promise-based approaches.
- Familiarity with micro front-end concepts and headless CMS implementations is a plus.
EDUCATION PROFILE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Adobe AEM certifications (Developer or Forms) are advantageous.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, develop, and maintain solutions using AEM Forms and related components.
- Implement custom workflows, templates, and reusable components.
- Develop and integrate RESTful services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, back-end developers, and QA engineers.
- Optimize application performance and contribute to improving Core Web Vitals.
- Maintain documentation and assist in deployment/configuration activities.
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience in AEM development, with at least 2+ years in AEM Forms.
- Prior involvement in CRM, enterprise CMS, or large-scale digital platform projects.
- Robust problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex integration scenarios.
- Comfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.
