Job Title: Field Cash Collection Executive

Job Summary

Excellent Traders is looking for a responsible and trustworthy Field Cash Collection Executive to collect payments from customers and clients. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customer locations, collecting cash/cheques, maintaining proper records, and ensuring timely deposit and reporting of collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit customers and clients for payment collection.
- Collect cash, cheques, and other payment instruments from customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all collections.
- Submit collected cash/cheques to the company or bank as instructed.
- Provide collection updates to the accounts/management team.
- Coordinate with customers regarding pending payments.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper documentation and proof of collection.
- Ensure the secure handling of company funds and documents.
- Travel regularly within the assigned area for collection activities.
- Perform other field-related duties as assigned by management.





Candidate Requirements

- Age: 27 to 35 years.
- Experience: Previous experience in cash collection, payment recovery, field collection, delivery, or a similar field role will be preferred.
- Location: Candidates living near the office or assigned working area will be preferred.
- Residence: Stable local residence preferred.
- Family Background: Candidates with a stable family background will be preferred.
- Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass; higher education will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and record maintenance.
- Must be honest, trustworthy, punctual, and responsible.
- Should be comfortable with daily field travel.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler and driving licence, if required for the role.
